“I started to really pay attention to it and look at when am I being impacted by something coming from the outside in toward me and when is the feeling really something originating or triggered from inside of me.
And so that was part of that journey, of that discernment – ‘Oh, this is something coming to me from the outside or something that’s rising up from within me that I actually need to look at because it’s my own healing’ - and to distinguish that.
That is so critical for so many of us because we spend a lot of our life energy thinking there’s something wrong with us and trying to fix it and yet you can’t fix something that didn’t start with you.”
