Fulfilling Our Soul’s Purpose Through Ahava Theory | With Roshni Sharma-Fleming

The ego doesn’t like change. The ego likes comfort. The ego likes fear. The ego likes you to stay the same. And when your shadows are there - and everyone has shadows. Healers have gone through multitudes of shadow work and also ‘Dark Nights of the Soul’ as well. We call them ‘D-Nots’.

Those components are teachers, and if you are going to get absorbed by them, you will never be able to see what it’s trying to teach you. It’s going to try and consume you.

So when you are getting absorbed and looking at your shadows, you look at it, not in a way that ‘Oh my gosh! I have to fix that. I have to do that.’ There’s nothing about ‘have to’.

It has to do with healing. Feeling what your soul needs to learn, healing what your soul has gone through, what it’s teaching you, and then using that to transmute into more of a lighter path.
