Humanity’s Journey Back To Love And Oneness | With Armida Abreu

When you forgive others, and when you forgive yourself, that means you’re accepting of whatever happened to you and if you accept that whatever happened to you - and I experienced a lot of things in my childhood that at a certain point in my life I wish I hadn’t been through that - but now I realize that all of that were things that were here to teach me lessons so that I could find my soul and my connection to all.

I feel after my spiritual awakening, I realized we come here for growth and evolution and part of our growth journey is experiencing that contrast so that we can find our authenticity and our truth and accept who we truly are.

So we go through a lot of different things in our lives that are not necessarily things that we want to experience, but the problem is we get stuck in the victim mentality, which only keeps us stuck in the contrast of what we don’t want.
