Overcoming Fear of Change, Overwhelm, and Imposter Syndrome | With Emma O’Brien

The one plus side, I think, with imposter syndrome is that it will keep driving you forward to do well.

I’ve spent time looking at my own imposter. I realized that for two decades, I’ve been sitting with an imposter especially with my photography business and actually, it has been quite annoying because I’ve had to manage the self-talk that comes with that.

I think the imposter can come with some very negative self-talk. So I’ve done quite a lot of work on my own self-talk, but it has driven me to keep making new work and keep being better. It’s balancing it.
