Releasing Fear Through Connecting With Spirit | With Jamie Miller

It’s my experience that I haven’t had a bad experience with Spirit, and so I don’t believe that there is a negative spirit out there. I do believe that we have, each human being, we can have our own healing journeys. And so it’s usually our fears that bring that energy into it.

So I think the Ouija board is more associated with physical mediumship. When we look at mediums today, we mostly see on TV, and it’s very common to see a medium on stage or in a private sitting, giving information and saying, ‘I have your loved one here.’ Well, that’s what’s called mental mediumship where the medium is getting information through their consciousness.

Physical mediumship is where everyone can experience the same thing. And so that’s where the Ouija board would be a tool for Spirit to move that thing around and speak to us. But if we have fear about it or think, ‘Ooh, I hope no bad spirits come through’, or if we even think that, that is the energy that Spirit is going to have to work through. And so it will amplify that. But it doesn’t mean that Spirit’s bad.

Why would they want to hurt us? It doesn’t make any sense to me now. I feel like, ‘Oh, they don’t want to hurt us. They only want to help us.’ And that’s where we go. I mean, we’re only here for a short time.
